I haven’t posted in a while because I haven’t had any access to the internet. You see, I quit my job, so I lost all my access to free internet. So I didn’t log onto Facebook and managed to save a lot of time. But didn’t have much to do with that timw because I didn’t have a job. So I decided to pray. We’re quite selfish. The human species. Only remember God in times of need.
I used to live in Dubai for many years and then I had to go back to India, but even though all my friends are in Mumbai, I hated it there. I couldn’t deal with the potholes. I think that was my biggest problem. Then were also the other things. Too many people (I’m not much of a people’s person), pollution, noise etc. So I’d been dying to come back from Mumbai. I struggled for 2 whole years.
Sometimes I didn’t have my passport. At others, I didn’t have my visa. I think I’ve mentioned somewhere else, I’m jinxed when it comes to travel. And so, when I wanted to travel last year, it didn’t work out and it caused a huge fight between my best friend and me. That sucked!!
But now after I resorted to praying religiously, everyday, God finally heard my prayers. And here I am. Back in Dubai. Back to where the world is pothole free.
